It is aqueous solution of potassium methyl siliconate and is used as a water repellent. This chemical is water soluble with slightly yellow appearances. They are manufactured using premium grade raw material that is sourced from known and verified dealers. Further, it can be availed from us in normal rates.

Omtex silicone water repellent ( silwr05) is a water dilutable alkali alkyl siliconate  used for imparting a colorless water repellent surface finish to mineral building material without significantly reducing water vapour permeability.   omtex - silwr05 develops its water repellent properties by reaction with atmospheric carbon dioxide (co2). The active substance formed from the silicone water repellent is polymethylsilica. It is also used to provide a barrier against rising damp and the treatment remains effective for 5 – 10 years.

Omtex - hydrophobe 522 is a dilutable water repellent emulsion  based on  silane/siloxanes, which yields a stable  emulsion on dilution with water. This emulsion produces a hydrophobic treatment that inhibits water absorption even on alkaline surfaces without significantly reducing water vapour permeability. Hydrophobe 522 provides water repellence within 24 hours of application. The water repellence further improves over a week after application.

Omtex -  hydrophobe 1113 is a  solvent less micro emulsion concentrate  based on  silane/siloxanes, which yields a micro emulsion on dilution with water. This micro emulsion imparts excellent water repellence for impregnating and priming mineral and even alkaline surfaces without significantly reducing water vapour permeability. This is suitable for coating painted surfaces too, as this does not impart any colour change to the substrate  hydrophobe 1113 provides water repellence within 24 hours of application. The water repellence further improves over a week after application.

Omtex - hydrophobe 902 is a reactive silicone, based on silane/siloxanes, and is organic solvent dilutable, which   imparts a colourless water repellent surface finish to mineral construction material without significantly reducing water vapour permeability. This is suitable for coating painted surfaces too, as this does not impart any colour change to the substrate.                                                                       Hydrophobe 902 provides water repellence within 24 hours of application. The water repellence further improves over a week after application.
